The product seem to work. I was less bloated and was sleeping great. Unfortunately on day 3 of using I woke with a rash covering my lower body and blisters covering my upper body. I'm apparently allergic to the Moxibustion. If you research Moxibustion rashes you'll find it seems to only effect women.

IM NOT SURE WHAT ITS SUPPOSED TO DO
THE STICKER DOESNT REALLY HOLD UP WELL, SO I JUST STICK THE PELLET IN MY BELLY BUTTON, AND IT ACTUALLY STAYS.. LOL I MUST HAVE A VERY DEEP INNIE... HONESTLY, IT DOESNT MAKE ME LOOSE WEIGHT, IT ONLY REGULATES ME AND MAKES GOING TO THE BATHROOM (#2) EASIER

it's not bad
it's abit too sticky to me, and my skin had a reaction. But I do believe it helped tighten my belly a bit with belly tucker belt working together.
