The product is nice, but for the price, it could have better packaging, such as a nice looking box in case it's a gift. It just came bubble wrapped in a plain brown box.

Rough Edges on Rim, but otherwise Great!
Love the design and heritage of the cup. It was safely packaged. I regret not returning it though due to some roughness on the rim.
