Great Information
Being healthy and staying healthy has become a challenge for all of us. The staggering amount of chemicals, preservatives and toxins we are exposed to grows daily. I found this book to be the light to lead myself and my family to the life style we need to be in. Ayurveda completely captivated me and it is exactly what I am looking for. Healthy is not just about diet but frame of mind and spirit. The steps and advice in this book are clear and easy to understand and use. I believe most of us are creatures of habit and making changes and sticking with them are not always easy but after reading this book, I feel confident I have found the right method to weight loss, healthy body and a happy mind. Michael Cesar shows he knows a great deal about Ayueveda and I thank him for his advice and expertise. I am ready to begin my journey using these techniques and am excited for positive results. Most highly recommended read.

this is a small pamphlet...my fault for not looking at the size of this book. not enough detailed information for diet types.

Hate to say this
Hate to say this, but do not waste your money on this if you want to know more than just bare basics about Ayurveda. This book gives a VERY brief overview of the mechanics of it, but no specific plans or anything. There are much better books out there if you are interested in the process.

Very interesting
This is such a great book, it gives a lot to think about.It gives simple and easy to follow steps to make your life healthier and happier. I didn't know much about Ayurveda before and this book has helped me to understand what its all about.The process of eliminating mental and physical toxins, stress levels, and a proper diet are closely related. Eating healthy and nutritious food is the most simplest method for relieving stress and loose weight. The author will show you how to live a healthy life and reduce your stress levels with just a few recommendations. I am very happy to have found this book, I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Amazing Ayurvedic Guide!
I love natural and healthy ways to lose weight. This is why when I found this book about Ayurveda weight loss methods, I was immediately tempted to borrow it with my Kindle Unlimited. I was not disappointed. The authors explains how to get rid of the toxins in your body with the help of Ayurveda. The main idea behind the Ayurveda weight loss method is the perfect balance between body and mind.

A book for general reading does not specify the specific issues as many people are interested in loosing their tummy weight. Though the combination of fat is different at every place the tummy needs a special attention.
