I recommend this for the beginners. It's value for money. Cheaper than you get in local market. Quality is also good, but not the best. But for this price range, it's reasonable. Rods are durable. I got this product with no defect. Thanks Amazon❤️

Quality is low ,plates are bad hurt

Good for beginners. For those gym goers this set is useful, especially nowadays when gyms are closed for Covid.

As a whole it's good product to start with. If ur buying this don't compare it wit gym equipments.As it is not a professional equipment but still can target all the muscle group with this set. Over time with progressive loading u might need to buy extra weights. If ur a beginner it will take some time so no worries by then you will see the differences.Do buy a metal bolt if possible plastic ones are not reliable

Value for Money set for beginners, especially during this pandemic. You can search online for the correct procedure, reps/sets and work out from home.The plastic handle of the skipping rope was broken, presumably because of the weights. However, it's a simple fix if you have some cello-tape lying around.

This product is not at all useful, rods size is too thin .

1) 2kg and 3kg both two plates are damage.2) Dumbbell rod is duplicate made by plastic which crome colour coted.3) 3 feet curl rod not in exact size 4 inches smaller for 3 feet.4) 5 feet rod not in exact size 4 inches smaller for 5 feet, rod diameter and size is too small as regular.
