I purchased this dispenser almost a year ago. I've not had one problem with it. The batteries have not needed replacing yet and I use the dispenser quite frequently. The amount of soap dispensed can be adjusted. The sensor is a bit overactive, but a sponge picks up the spill easily, so the soap is certainly not wasted. I'm really happy with this dispenser and it was less expensive than many of the others out there.Update....This dispenser just died. Lasted a tad over a year....better than some of you, I suppose. Now I see that it isn't even available any more. Oh well, you get what you pay for. Now to purchase a better quality dispenser!Also noticed that the seller answered some of the questions that were asked, but never responded to buyers who had problems with their product.

I saw these advertised on another site but I always check Amazon for the similar or same product. Usually it is less expensive and with the Prime shipper you can have it in 2-3 days. That was the case in this instance.Love using these. I have one in our main bathroom and one is our half bath. I like the fact that you have three settings for dispersing the liquid soap. I have ours on the first setting, lowest amount dispensed, which is plenty of soap for our needs. It has an on-off button if you need to move it. Made the mistake of not turning off and grabbed it under the spout and it squirted soap on the back of my hand. My bad. Not sure how long the batteries will last. We have been using our for a little over a week. Would recommend this dispenser as the designed and looks are very stylish.

I bought this in September 2016. It worked really well for about 10 months. The motion sensor is accurate and neatly drops soap onto your hands. You can hold your hand down by the base and the sensor will dispense soap. I really like this product but gave it 3 stars because now - 1 year later - the product does not work and I am unable to find any warranty information for it. The damage appears to have been caused by water under the base of the device, which is where the battery compartment is located - sort of a stupid product design when you think about it. If this design was improved and the product had a longer lifespan I would give it 5 stars.

This product was a waste of money. It looks nice, but in terms of functionality, it failed on so many levels. After 1 month of very infrequent use, I found soap in the battery compartment. After cleaning out the battery compartment and getting the LED red light sensor working again, I can only get the soap to dispense immediately after loading the batteries. The sensor stops responding to my hand a few minutes after. However, it will randomly respond to me turning the kitchen lights on.

Came on time and arrived undamaged. Dispenses a smaller amount than I'd like, even with adjustment, so it is definitely economical! Seems well made, but that eye is sensitive, so watch what you're doing or you will make a mess. I use it to dispense dishwashing liquid, which is thick. I found it seems to work even better with it when I added a couple of teaspoons of water with it. As a bonus, it matches my faucet and looks like it belongs on the sink.

This was a replacement for one I had bought earlier. The one I had before was a different brand, so the fact it stopped working does not reflect on this purchase. I have been using this a couple of months now and it works great. There are three levels at which it pumps out the product. the soap I am using now needs the highest setting as it is not so good a soap. This would be great for dish soap.

It's a soap dispenser, meant to be placed near the sink right. Shouldn't it be more water resistant or something? Fell in water once, for a second, took it out immediately. Stopped working right away. . Changed batteries, let it dry- still nothing. my guess is the sensor got messed up. ended up throwing it away, since it's useless without the sensor. Too bad, enjoyed it for like a month:(

This is a great soap dispenser. It is adjustable according to the manual but I am fine with the first option - which looks like it dispenses too much soap - but it really does not. It is actually the perfect amount. It also has a stand at the bottom so there is no worry about it getting wet or soapy. I am going to have one in every bathroom and the kitchen!
