This amp is very good for jazz.
I play jazz on a hollow body guitar through the Jazz 12. The sound is very good for jazz. My electro acoustic nylon string guitar with active electronics also sounds great through it. My guitars sound even better through the headphone output on the back of the amp, which also features a convenient on/off speaker switch on the back panel. The reverb sounds good and if you dial it past halfway it has a kind of chorus effect. The cream color of the cover is very distinctive. It looks like it is wearing a tuxedo, so it should be appropriate for "society gigs". There is a dust cover available for this amplifier, which I purchased separately.

Small, light, effective
This is a great little amp in many ways. For players who need a straight-forward midrange tone, with little treble and no discernibly big bottom end, rather just low-mids, this DVMark amp is the one. It is the opposite of a Fender sound, for reference. It is well-suited for those who like the Acoustic 134 used by many players in the 70's [Pat Metheny, for example] with its high, clean mids. It is extremely light in weight and so ideal for small gigs and for guitarists getting up in age who do not want to carry a heavy amp any longer. There is an extension cabinet option which sound great and adds volume. Great tone, limited dynamics, a bit compressed in nature. The chorused reverb is an unusual effect for such an amp but you can turn it off and use another effect of your choice. White, tolex finish is beautiful but without a DVMark cover available the amp can easily look beaten, scarred. I advise to have a cover made for it. Great amp for the traditional jazz guitar sound.

ジャズギター弾きに大人気の当アンプ。軽いわ、安いわ、ポリトーンのような出音の遅さもなくソリッドステートなのにチューブっぽい粘りもありフルアコ、セミアコ、ガット弦、歪みとどのようなサウンドでも合うという奇跡のような製品でした。リバーブがデジタル臭くてクセがありますが、個人的には好みです。今まで使っていた20万超えるAI、WW等のハイクオリティなアンプはなんだったんだろう、XLRアウトもついていますのでライブにも重宝します。周辺のジャズギタリストが軒並みこれに替えたのもわかります。実に素晴らしい。

普通に良い
ホントは星５つでもいい位なんだけど、ちょっと厳しめの評点させていただきました。ネット上の評判があまりに良かったのと、安くなっていたので購入したのですが、期待が大きすぎました。決して悪いわけではないんです。素直で、ニュアンスも出やすく、コントロールも良く効いて、リバーブも綺麗にかかるし、軽くて持ち運びしやすいし・・・普通に「良い」です。だけど手持ちのアンプよりずば抜けて良いかと言われると・・・（普段はYamaha F100-112(80年代、スピーカーをEminence換装）を使用してます）。まぁ、ニュアンスはかなり出しやすいので、その点が最大の長所だと思います。あと、サイズの割りに軽い、拍子抜けするほど軽い。短所は、電源の青色ＬＥＤが眩しすぎて目が痛い事くらいかな。
