WOW WHAT A BOOK WHAT A PHOTOGRAPHER AND HE CHOSE MEN WITH BODIES TO MATCH HIS PARTICULAR POINT OF VIEW WHICH IS VERY EDGY TO SOME EXTENT HE IS THE NEW MAPPLETHORPE CAPTURING A CERTAIN PART OF OUR CULTURE.

An amazing photo book and great conversation piece.

I enjoyed most of the photos in this book. It's high quality. I dont think the photos are anywhere near as extreme or "boundary pushing" as some other reviewers describe. It's actually pretty tame. Generally the photos are of rugged men 25-45, some nude and some not...with a lot of hyper masculine themes. It's not nearly as erotic as it sounds, but there are some good photos and attractive men. Some of the photos sem too dark for me and details get lost. It's worth the price, especially compared to its original retail cost.

I like this book. It is a great addition to our collection. It is oversized and a great value for the money.

The publishers for this and the Hothouse calendars did a horrible rip off job to its coustomers. Instead a full two paged calendar per month, the photo is only on one page. The other blank. Not even worth putting up. Wish I could return

I do not like the Books with bad guys, but I think they should have all styles and the price was very accessible...in your style I think it's a good book

De sublimes photos peu suggestives, les modèles magnifiques (parmi lesquelles les connaisseurs reconnaîtrons certaines pornstars du X gay), des scènes chaudes sans être outrancièrement pornographiques, "J O" est un très beau livre, peut-être pas aussi réussi que "Testosterone".Seul bémol: beaucoup des photos ont été (trop) visiblement retouchées, ce qui gâche un peu l'ensemble.

This book of photos by Joe Oppedisano is absolutely stunning, they are so immediate and luscious. They have a slightly artificial texture - presumably they have been photoshopped - which in this instance is genuinely enhancing, making them look a bit like comic superheroes who could spring off the page and start doing these things with you. The flesh has a wonderful matt gleam, the men are both masculine and hyper sexed-up, with gear to the fore, and some very hot psychological set-ups. It makes most other photo books seem underwhelming, it finds such power in the moment, while page after page is just dirty, dirty, DIRTY!!! And aside from this - that it really is outrageously dirty - it brings a kind of fantastic glamour to these burly lads, without ever being the least bit slick.
