I paid A LOT for this because it appears that they are no longer made. I don't know why .... I love this, which is why I paid the inflated price to replace my old one that gave up after many years.

I bought mine from a JC Penny's back in 2006 before I went off to college. Used it religiously in the dorm room for that freshman year, then it sat packed in my mother's garage until last year when I uncovered it again. It has been amazing. I use it every morning for my protein powder coffee mix or hot chocolate or apple cider. We use it all day Christmas Day for hot apple cider and bourbon. I will probably cry when it stops working and I have to shell out $145 instead of the $12.99 we paid on clearance way back.

Trying to sell this for 199.00 is just horrible! You can get it at Walmart, for 19.00. Great product but you should be embarrassed!

And it was the most amazing little machine for cocoa! I lost it in the divorce and wish I could find one for a normal price.

I got one of these several years ago as a gift and I really like it. The cleaning isn't too bad although it can be a bit much for just one cup of cocoa. Any time I'm making 2 or more cups I always bust this thing out. Perfect temperature and a nice frothy texture. Now I'd like to buy one as a gift for someone else but they are no longer being made!! Its a nice little machine but not worth anywhere near $200. 5 stars for the appliance itself if you can find one for a reasonable price.
