Even Smells like India
I'm a white girl who was married to an Indian and visited his home country several times. We also had friends who were amazing Indian cooks. I got the three flavors and started with the Golden Madras. I sauteed onions and a bit of ginger first, the chicken breast until it browned, added the sauce let it simmer covered for about 15 minutes. Then I added 1/2 a cup of coconut milk and let that simmer for about 5 min. It smelled like India. I can't describe it better than that, but I mean that in a good way. The taste was amazing. Extremely authentic. I was hesitant because I am picky about my Indian food but I'm happy I tried these. I'm so looking forward to trying the others!

Simply fresh and the best
My go to spices and sauces for a quick yummy meal! I'm indian but don't like the other prepacked spices. They are far too spicy or potent. This is authentic and real fresh tasting ingredients. Have been buying for years and excited that it's finally on amazon too!

I was immediately amazed and how awesome the packaging is
I was so floored by these sauces that I felt compelled to write a review. A friend of mine suggested I try these sauces and when I looked into them, I was immediately amazed and how awesome the packaging is. Seriously, the labels, jars and overall design of the whole brand is top notch, modern, sophisticated and just straight up great.Then I opened the sauces and was instantly transported to the Indian subcontinent. I tried the Masala first and just did a quick simmer on some veggies - BOOM instant success. I really have to commend Spicemode on how perfectly balanced everything they made is; seriously you don't need to add salt or anything to have a perfectly composed result. Amazing, especially since I am not by any means an expert cook. This made it SO easy to whip out a quick dinner that was SO tasty.I them moved on to the Vindaloo sauce and it blew me away, I did some more research on it and discovered that the sauce won the Good Food Awards (duh). I like to basically dip everything in it and have also used it as a Marinade that allowed me to pose as a top chef for the night since everyone went crazy over the chicken Vindaloo I made. (thanks Spicemode!)Anyway, after developing what I have now diagnosed as a Spicemode addiction, I went to their website to see what other gooddies I could get my hands on and discovered that they make a ton of incredible and amazing spice blends. So far, the Spanish Chorizo, the Chilifire and the Jamaican jerk have been a BIG.TIME.HIT. It was fantastic to find out that they pretty much have flavors from across the globe and I cannot wait to try everything on the Spicemode menu!Thanks Spicemode! Keep it up!!

No one would ever imagine how superb these three sauces – Masala, Vindaloo, and Madras - are until you simply open the lid of each well manufactured jar and enjoy the aroma that only gets better when you use them to cook. As with fine Indian cuisine and philosophy of eating, these three sauces are completely natural, gluten free, low in fat and calories and made with no preservatives.Not only are the sauces authentic and delicious – they are healthy! SPICEMODE with their founder Amar Singh makes these sauces in small batches here in the USA – free of additives and huge on flavor.Another very gracious SPICEMODE step is to include a cookbook with six recipe suggestions to get you started. But these ready to use sauces are so fine that you’ll likely create your own versions of the favorites from your local Indian restaurant – like Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Masala, Sea Bass Madras and all manner of vegetable dishes.The packaging is equal to the product – they haven’t missed a trick. AMAZING product
If you are looking for a tasty, healthy alternative to your favorite Indian restaurant - look no further than Spicemode. I had the pleasure of trying out all three signature cooking sauces and couldn't be happier. I can tell these are made in small batches and slow-cooked. You don't get flavor like this unless you put some time into it.What I like most is that you don't have to create a traditional Indian meal with these, although you could and it would be amazing. These sauces can add a pop to your everyday meals - such as pinto beans, salsa, condiments, your favorite marinade or stir-fry. The list goes on and on...Masala is so good I eat it with chips right out of the jar! YUM!Do yourself a favor and try these out!

Love this stuff. Great on everything from Tofu to Lamb to Dove
Spicemode is my go to solution for excellent Indian food. I love having the ability to make great Indian food at home using my own ingredients whenever I feel like it. I have used all of the spices with a range of different proteins. Lamb, Chicken, Beef and even freshDove after a hunting trip. The rub worked great on grilled flank steak. I highly recommend all of their products.

WAY too sweet and off-putting.
There is something VERY WRONG with these sauces. WAY too sweet, and simply not tasting like the restaurant variety I know and love. I bought both the Marsala and Vindaloo, but will NOT be buying this brand again. Quite off-putting, to be sure.
