Good product and works!
I bought this band to help doing pullups when weight training. I had a real hard time doing just 3 pullups without assistance. I started using this band and before you knew it I could do 10 pullups with the band. Here is the amazing part about using the band. It helps you get through the smallest sticking points, but you are still doing most of the lift. Now, I am able to do 10 unassisted pullups without the band. I only use this band now on my last couple sets when I am starting to fatigue. I am able to do 50 pullups now, and I appear strong on the bar, and if you saw me originally, you would never believe it. Do I recommend this 35 lb band, heck yeah! Only con is that the band is pink, and when you are a guy in the gym it looks a bit, you know...

Perfect for dynamic training
These Monster Mini Bands are absolutely fantastic. I use two of them hooked to the base of the power rack and looped over the barbell while benching, squatting, or deadlifting on dynamic lift days (Westside method). They hold up extremely well, and, unlike similar bands from other companies, they don't slip or slide even while coming on and off tension during high-speed reps. They are also great for joint distraction on your shoulders if you're working on mobility. I seriously can't recommend them highly enough.

you will be fine with it
I ordered this band to help me stretch out my hamstrings at home by wrapping the band around my squat rack. This is an exercise I had been taught at my local crossfit gym and had been doing before workouts to prevent injury.Pro's:The band is tough. No worries of it failing on meCon's:This one is my fault. I'm 6,3" and the ban is not long enough for me to tie around my squat rack and stretch out my legs all the way down. I needed a longer band. All in all, if you make sure this band is the correct length for you, you will be fine with it.

I love these bands!
I bought this to research part of my book Strength Endurance: Reflections on the Legacy of Dr. Leonard Schwartz – creator of “Heavy Hands”, “Panaerobics”, “Longstrength” and “IsoTonOMetrics” . I used the band to perform exercises that use upper and lower body at the same time as outlined in the book... most of these were upper body stretches while lunging. Another one I recommend is to use this as resistance for a "good morning" exercise while holding light hand weights... talk about aerobic!Ok this one is a 35% resistance. That's a good level of resistance if you're wanting to build up to doing lots of repetitions in the kind of exercise I described. I've also used these with handles for overheard pressing. Then id use a band for each arm.You can of course find bands this length that can go to 200 lbs. resistance. Again this only has 35% so depending on your goals you may need MORE THAN ONE or a higher resistance band.

Sturdy
I bought this for workouts at home in conjunction with a class. it is very strong, in class i use one just like it with a partner. if you use resistance bands, you might want to wear workout gloves with this style. i don't wear gloves but i prefer this style of band over the ones with handles. this style allows you to grip it in various ways, permits more exercises and allows you to adjust the tension. have a great workout!!!

I like it
I like it as an addition to the other two types of band I use. It's a little thin and doesn't feel like heavy resistance unless you double it. It is good quality and is very good for certain wrap-around exercises where you want a longer band.

Great addition to my bodyweight circuits
I bought this originally to use with KStarr's MWODs for mobility/recovery training, but I have also started using it for bodyweight training as well. The band is sturdy and well-made, and I don't worry about it snapping on me. So far I have been very please! I plan to buy some more Flexbands in different resistance levels, to add more to my workouts. Would recommend! :)

Hard to see which one it is.
It was hard to tell which one I was getting. It's skinnier than I wanted but it's doing the trick for now.
