Great under water scooter
The setup and use is easy and comes with everything you need to get started. I used it to glide around the pool and pond, it is very quick and good battery life. So, you could use it for any expeditions you go on. Because it has a wireless remote you can get creative with the way you use it, which is really fun. One great feature are the many different attachments. One thing you have to get used to is the way you direct the water from the prop, if you have it pointed directly at your body it will limit the speed. Sublue offers a paddle board attachment which I will review separately.

Good push for a little scooter- instructions a little hard to figure out
I got this charged up but had a little bit of a hard time figuring out how to make this work. The instruction book is in numerous languages and in reading the English version I found it hard to read and I have good eyes and don’t need glasses. It took me some time to figure how to make this run.You have to turn this on with the on switch and hold on for 3 seconds, this was pretty simple to figure out. What threw me off was the handle has to be turned on as well and you have to hold in the two metal buttons for 3 seconds. This was a little tougher to read on the instructions and took me about 30 to 45 minutes to figure out with trial and errorThe other thing I don’t love about this is you have to charge the battery for the main unit but you also need a separate charge for the handle and controller for the underwater scooter. Having one extra cord is always tough and just needing to charge both of them separately.Once you get it up and running, this thing does work pretty well it is pretty darn powerful. My kids are about 135 pounds and it pulls them through the water pretty good. I don’t know how well this would work in an open ocean environment with currents, but it works great at the lake we live on and did work really well in the pool. My kids and their friends loved it and had a ton of fun and everyone in the pool was coming over over to see what this was and wanted to play with it

Grandkids love them
Only draw back is to start them up and batteries don't last very long

Submersible scuba
Love this submersible scuba unit.Used in my pool and had a lots of fun with it. It pulls you good. However, there is room for improvement. I like to see there should have some led indications that will indicate the different speed mode since there is three speed mode. Not sure if I can notice the difference. As for the battery, it does hold up very well with the extended battery.Revised my review. My unit failed with a extended battery 98 wh with a red fault indication 30 days after I had it. It was seating around on top of the charger for couple of weeks since last used. We had only used twice within the 30 days and no more than one hour combin.I found that disappointing. So, with that being said. I'm changing my review from 4.5 stars to 2 starsOverall rating 4 1/2

Coolest kid in the pool!
The media could not be loaded. Saw this and had to get it. I'm not in the ideal location for using it, but still, how cool is this? Tested it out in the pool. You can see that it pulls a beached whale along at a decent speed. Honestly, I think this speed would be ideal for snorkeling or scuba diving. It has a front goPro mount to capture the moment. One thing I didn't know is that you can pair multiple units together to be controlled by a single controller. That would really add some speed! Some things to be aware of, the scooter is not buoyant. If you're in deep water and let it go, bye bye. It's going to the bottom. I recommend getting a leash so you don't have that happen to you. Also, battery insertion is a bit of an issue. It is not very clear which end is up and which is down. If you attempt to install it upside down, like I did, you will see sparks! Fortunately, the scooter and battery were not damaged. I labelled the terminals + and - so I won't make that mistake again, no matter now many drinks I've had. This is a fun device but has limited uses. If it was pulling me around at ridiculous speeds, it would be more fun in a lake or other places where the water isn't as clear. I would recommend this mostly for clear water exploration.

Fun novelty
This underwater scooter is fun for something different. You definitely will get attention with this if you are in a public place. Kids love it and everybody wants a chance to try it. We actually took this on our vacation to the Bahamas and it is compact enough to travel with. While it is not difficult to assemble. It does have quite a few little pieces which we had to carry in a separate bag. The instructions also were not very easy to follow. I am quite adept at assembling things and the instructions here could use improvement.Obviously the battery life is the only downside. I love that we could take it out Snorkeling but we had to take a flotation device with us because I didn't want it running out of batteries and my daughter not being able to swim back.It did pull an adult and a child at the same time. And I was happy to see that my 10-year-old daughter did not have a problem holding on to it underwater. I was initially worried about whether it would be too heavy and she would lose it in the bottom of the ocean, but that did not seem to be an issue. There are two batteries that need to be charged for this. The large one for the scooter and then a second one for the handle. So there is quite a bit of forethought involved in making sure that everything is charged before use.Basically it's really fun, it gets a lot of attention, kids love it, but given the short battery life, it really is a one-hit wonder for each use.

Well made underwater scooter
The scooter has good controls is intuitive and works well. The battery life of a half hour is as much as any lithium ion battery powered machine that I have. The scooter itself is very fun and makes you feel like a Navy SEAL. Prepare to have people fighting over it. It is powerful I definitely suggest having a leash on it as well as good well fitting goggles!
