Total ripoff, you can buy the whole bike that this battery comes with tor about $1600 and no battery trade in!
I have no doubt it's a very good battery and a great upgrade for the outlaw SS. It is just way over priced for the holidays. The company offered to sell it to me for approximately $800 with no trade in of the other battery, which is very good in normal use!

nice upgrade
if you have a prodeco outlaw and want to go farther this is great. My old battery is a 9ah this is a 12ah. This translates into a 25% range increase over my old battery. Max throttle and a pedaling (on flat to 1% incline roads) this battery will range you about 19 miles at 20-25 mph.minor issues I've had:little rubber cap for the RCA looking plug broke off (not a big deal)Trouble with the fuse when I first received it (once replaced I got the full range)The tail light doesn't work anymore (didn't use it much anyways)

The battery that lasts and the bikes that are well designed and affortable
I bought 1 Prodecco bike for myself. After riding it for a week I decidec to buy one for my son too. The year after my daughter and wife both got theirs too. We like the bikes and often use them for a quick ride.
