2-3 years later it's still working well!
I've had this installed on my bus conversion for about 3 years. I don't have a single complaint or things I'd change. It's been keeping my 500 watt jackery topped up without a problem. Cloudy weather will obviously make a difference in performance but I've been surprised how well it does even in the cloudiest conditions. It was easy enough to find the adapter to plug it straight into my jackery and waaaaaay cheaper than their panels. Pretty simple plug and play after easily mounting it to my roof.

Good panel for the money
Panel works pretty good. It is a bit heavy, but built well. It has a 70-80 watt output and from what I have read, I am pleased with that. Price is right.

Nothing but pleased with these HQST 100w panels. I bought two of them during the Black Friday sale. Routinely get 180-210 watts from the pair…in clear conditions, of course. When used in a series/parallel configuration with 2 Zoup 100w portable panels, I have seen over 400 watts and regularly see around 375 watts. More of the HQSTs are definitely in my future.

Toyota 4Runner
I have this HQST 100watt solar panel on the FrontRunner roof rack on the 4Runner. I have aluminum mounting brackets under this bolted to the roof rack. I've been on the highway over 80MPH and no problems. My vehicle lives outside and so far so good. I have a 10ft cable running inside charging a Jackery 240 battery. I went camping for a weekend and the panel kept enough power in the battery to power a cooler type frig in the back. We had a mix of sun and rain. Mounted flat on the roof is not ideal, but this is what I have. The jackery has a max charge ability of 60watts. Unless its super cloudy, It usually charged at 60. So, this panel is putting out at least that much mounted flat. I now use the jackery to charge other devises like phones and wireless guitar packs etc.. All sun power instead of a meter.

Field test was great
For the price, this panel is worth getting compared to portable suitcase panels. I camp a lot and want to boon dock some so instead of putting more panels on roof of the trailer, I decided to get panels to use on the ground so I can move around to catch optimal sun. I have a portable 100 W folding suitcase panel that works pretty good but not nearly as effective as this one of the same wattage. While it is not as portable I like the sturdiness of it, and can store it in my truck bed. I’m going on my first dry camping trip today and will update its proficiency in real world scenario..
