This is a true navy with a lovely matte suede finish. The finish gives the appearance of a navy and a darker blue. Matte polishes have an elegance even in a bold color such as blue. Great wearability like all OPI polishes.

The product ordered was nail polish, Russian Navy suede. The product received was Russian Navy nailpolish...NOT SUEDE!!!!!! I would not have ordered this product ifit had not been the SUEDE.
