Close your eyes n buy it very fine needles its perform like a charm very fine needles n good quality+ very sharp i used before dermapen its perform like same ❤️

I've used both this and the golden derma roller (also 192 needle), and at least on the first use, found the results from this one to be much better. The needles are sharper and possibly sturdier. Only drawback is that it doesn't come in a case for storage.

This is a good genuine & a good quality product, you can go for it.At 1st i was doubting because of its low price but after i used the product, it was working just fine.
