Lovely sharp knives but purchased the Global knife sharpener to keep them that way

Although these are very expensive they have transformed cooking for me. It's amazing how much easier it is to prepare a meal using these.

Overall - Great knives, one had poor finish.
Purchased a couple of weeks ago, Amazon reduced the set to £325, no issues with delivery.Knives were well packaged and the no issues with stand.One issue is with the large carving knife finish on the handle relating to a sharp metal protrusion which when you handle the knife has a sharp finish.Amazon would take only a full return and refund for the set however the set is now £80 higher in price.The only option for me is to attempt to sand down the protrusion to avoid a cut palm.
