It's 6 months old and I think internal battery failed. App says battery needs to be charged and LED on device shows solid green when charger connected. I have managed to force power down and have forced firmware reload. Still useless. Tried Syrp support from Amazon website and both Firefox and chrome will not connect to site because of unsupported protocol. One more thing, App works fine with bluetooth over IOS but is very unstable on Samsung S21+.It's now October 30th and I still have an expensive paperweight. Manfrotto support has been completely useless. Last contact was Oct 17 when I sent the following,"Well another week has passed. What's happening. Your website says a 1 year warranty. Is this not correct? Even if it was out of warranty don't you have a repair facility? I purchased in March thru Amazon. My math says it's 7 months old. Three weeks of doing nothing on a warranty claim seems unbelievable. Doesn't your company care about its reputation. If you're not going to do anything just say so."

App that you run this on is unstable and unusable. Thanks for the $270 paperweight, issuing a return ASAP. Do not order this trash.
