Great product. It's tough, yet easy to work with.
This was relatively inexpensive , looked exactly like the picture in the ad & all in all it worked as well as I work. Or let me put that another way, "This product didn't hold me back. There was nothing between surface & this paper, except my skill. Or lack there of." On the straight, flat surface, it went in easily & looked like a new board. I bought this because our old garbage disposal leaked & needed to be replaced. There was a small swamp under our kitchen sink. As the instructions say, contact paper works best on a clean, dry surface, so first, we had to move all the soggy stuff from under the sink & put it out in the garage to dry. That was not much fun, but the next job was even less fun; mopping up the water under the sink so it could dry out completely. When almost all of the water was mopped up, I sprayed my favorite cleaning stuff on everything under there wiped everything with papertowels until it was clean & almost dry, then turned the fan on, pointed it under the sink & took a break. When things were "bone dry", I removed the garbage disposal & ordered one from Amazon (which they sent over night) and then ordered this contact paper (not sent overnight). That's how we spent Thanksgiving at our house. It boosted the giving of thanks at our house & was a good reminder of the many things we had to be thankful for. The disposal arrived, my assistant (wife) & I put it, in then took a break. I checked my email & saw that the contact paper was going to arrive a day earlier & then, thought, "It probably would been easier to put the contact paper in first." As it turned out, that was not the problem. The biggest problem was going around all the pipes under the sink. We have a dishwasher (besides me), a spray gizmo on the sinks (double sinks) & the drains. It takes time. The contact paper was great, just don't let it get stuck to itself or you. Like call sticky things it hard to get unstuck. If it sticks to a surface, it can still be moved, as long as it's done before it's smoothed out. Since it has been a few years since the last time I worked with contact paper, I also ordered an installation kit from Amazon, when I ordered the paper. I think it was less than $20 for both the contact paper & the tools together. We have Prime, so that means we payed less than $20 for everything (except the garbage disposal) shipped to our door. The installation kit was pretty handy. For those of us that are musicians & not skilled at much else, but still think, "I bet I could do that", the tools came in handy. If you are a pro & do this type of stuff for a living or something, skip the "Installation kit". This contact paper won't make you a pro, unless you already are a pro. If you're not a pro, but you have a very tolerant spouse who lets you try stuff that is pretty hard for most people to get hurt doing, this is your chance. This product looks great, is tough and can take a bit of installer abuse & can still be stuck on securely when & where it should be. I like it because it makes my work look better than it is.In the words of the most famous Canadian, Red Green, "Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, at least let'em find you handy. Thanks. Keep your stick on the ice".

Great Product
This contact paper is fairly sturdy and very easy to work with, and it matched my cabinets perfectly…it actually matches the cabinets more closely than what was factory install installed. I had to cover the end of cabinets that had gotten some water damage, and I ended up ordering more to replace the ends of all the cabinetry because it looked so much better. Now if only I can find something to fix the actual cabinet doors because you can now tell how much worse they look.I just installed the paper, so I don’t know how long or durable it will be, but it’s a great fix for the price it’s great because I can postpone replacing my cabinets for the time being.

This is a great DIY product and easy to work with
The media could not be loaded. Wow! So, I am moving and I was taking some hooks that had adhesive stickers attached- which took off the coating to the cabinets! Oops! So I bought these and it matches almost perfectly. I just had to use an exacto knife to cut it exactly the right length and Tadaaaa! Perfectly new! They stick very well. The paper they use is very durable and cuts easily. The texture is smooth and as long as u use a credit card or something similar to lay it flat as you are u sticking and laying it where it needs to go simultaneously it leaves no wrinkles or bubbles. Perfect for DIY like kitchen cabinets- inside and out or even the linings of drawers!

Good quality, easy to use.
Wood grain film on my computer desk started to peel off. Could not find same desk, desided to try this self adhesive contact paper to replace old one. It worked perfectly. It is actually plastic film, easy to apply, looks durable and rip resistant. Will replace other parts too if do not find new desk.

Adequate
The paper served my purpose but was rather pale in grain and not as sticky as I htought it would be.

Beautiful results
I've tried a couple different peel & stick contact papers before and I found this one to have the easiest application in the sense that I didn't have to spend much time at all smoothing out bubbles as I went along. Peeling back up due to application error and re-laying was also quite simple. My tools were my hands, a pair of scissors to cut the initial piece, and an exacto knife to cut to fit. I recommend also having a plastic scraper (I have some Lodge scrapers that I use mainly for cleaning) in case you're not confident in your hand application, but I only used them to help me find holes for screws I needed to insert for different project (since I'd covered everything with the paper). In my previous experience I've needed to pop bubbles after application with the exacto knife and spend several minutes pressing out tiny air pockets scattered everywhere, but I didn't need to do that at all for this paper. The Vasagle decor table I covered had been damaged from moving (see the white scuff where the old cheap finish was completely taken off), and also had some bubbling from water damage which you can feel through the paper. You should not expect textures to be hidden - the ideal surface is one already smooth and flat. However I will say that this paper does have a slight translucence, which I only noticed because I was trying to cover a mostly dark surface with a white spot, but if you are working with a mostly solid-colored project you should be fine. You can only notice the discoloration up close. I love the transformation, the warm, light wood was exactly what I was looking for and at such a nice price (~$7 for 17"x78" I believe). This pattern is pretty forgiving, but it is ideal if you can cover your surface with one sheet, not patch them together, because the faux wood lines will not line up, but again will only be visible to one looking closely if you mesh the seams as close together as possible without overlap.
