I love this refrigerator freezer. It keeps things nice and cold. Great value for the money. Not noisy at all.

Summit has GREAT fridges! I'm buying my 3rd Summit Frig, this one for my Van Conversion. My first was bought in 2009. It went through severe smoke damage in my home and came out unscathed, it is still going with NO problems at all. Moved it into my garage because insurance covered a new one in 2014, in almost 6 more years I've had no problem with either refrigerator! I can't comment on customer service as I've never needed to call them, ever. My 3rd is going in my van conversion as I trust this fridge whole heartedly. They are sturdy and well made. For the price they are very expensive looking, built in or free standing. The stainless steel finish is brushed stainless and considered fingerprint free. I had a hard time believing this selling point but it actually DOES PREVENT fingerprints. I clean around the handles of mine about once a month but only because of minor rubs from fingers that probably no one else would notice if coming into my home! This is also a great price for the 'piece of mind' of a maintenance free, self defrosting frig!!!

We bought from them in November and received a fridge that didn't get cold. We ended up having to reach out to Summit to get a new one. That only took 3 months! We now have a brand new fridge that is cooling.... 3 months later. It was very disappointing for our guests over the holidays. They had to stay in our guest home with no fridge. :(

I like this refrigerator. More expensive than standard size but fits my "one butt" kitchen nicely. It is also less noisy than the GE frost free one it replaced. Freezer is cramped but good room in main section. The only dislike is the usual one with stainless steel, Fingerprints!

Terrible.... Can't return and stuck with a fridge that sounds like a jet engine because the freezer over freezes (picture). Poor design allowing the fan close access to the coils. Seller won't take it back and Summit wants $....... Terrible

I did not buy this fridge from Amazon, but I have to warn others. Worst fridge ever!! It is either not cooling or when I move the dial, it freezes everything on the shelves in the refrigerator part, all the way down to my crisper. I have to play around with the temperature gauge for days to test to see which number will make the fridge cool (without freezing my vegetables). Most days I come home to a warm fridge until somehow I find a spot on the dial that gives a good cool temperature. Also the quality of the shelves is very low grade material. Never again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FRIDGE. We are tenants in a Boston apartment, and our landlord bought a Summit 8.8 cubic ft. fridge in August when our old GE one died.We had to warranty the first fridge due to a faulty compressor after only 3 months, and now we believe the second one is dying as well, after only 1 month, since it has started to run almost constantly.I know this is one of the only fridges on the market under 23 inches wide, but do yourselves a favor and find something else. This fridge has been nothing but a hassle from the moment it was delivered.
