I purchased three well reviewed brands of catnip for Tristan, my six month old Savannah cat. In the video, I have just placed down three plates of catnip from freshly opened packages. The brands from left to right are

I have tried various brands of catnip. And various blends. This catnip has a potent scent to it, which seems to attract my cat. As soon as I put it on his scratching block, he goes and starts sniffing and scratching. I did learn, unlike the other brands, to use very little each time. The first day he tried this, he was strongly affected and seemed to be in a world of his own. Using just a small pinch, he gets the calming effects without seeming to go into a catnip trance. Due to the potency of this, it is a much better value than other brands. It will take me months to get through this, compared to weeks with less effective brands.

My cats went crazy for this catnip. I have 6 cats and this was a great size to have it. The jar is excellent! I really loved the jar and design. Why you may ask because my cats have opened every package of catnip I have never gotten. They know how to open my closets, pantry, cabinet and drawers. They can sniff out catnip where they go in my house. So this jar of catnip came into life. I ordered it and was so happy my cats could not open this jar. It was great! So they can have their catnip and when I leave the house I don't have to see catnip spread through out my home. I will buy this product again. The service was great it came to my home quickly and the packaging care was excellent.

My kitties prefer a different brand. This one's okay. Two of my three are connoisseurs in this area being 23 and 20. The third will take anything as he had no clue about finesse and savoring the moment. First, there's the initial sniff. Is it low, mid, or high level ingredients made in the delicacy of the high hills of Catopia? Her highness l, 20 yr old, decided mid grade. Next the roll. The 23 year old decided it was good roll with some rubbing the face against the ground qualities. Her normal is about a 5 min face rub to accentuate the flavor. This was a 3 min rub. So again, mid level. Lastly, the after affects. Did this product produce the effect of each kitty believing in their own ability to be ninja masters and navy seal combatants all in one? 23 yr old, no. 20 yr old, no, 8 year old year, buy what the heck does he know? He'd take street catnip and home grown organic while saying they're both potent as he rides the dog like it's a bonco contest amd he's a squirrel in a tree. He has no sense of surroundings with one sniff of street nip. Listen to the older and wiser cats, not some punk cat who thinks he's able to fight a 500 Lb bear on other meds.

This catnip is high potency, even for an experienced user! Within moments, just a pinch got the job done and kitty was “stoked”! Highly recommend!
