NoNoNoAwful !!!This item, especially from this seller (only as I got it , as I looked at 9 small photos (or 12 of them...), Without NO !!!! proper text at all....The single page with only 9 (or12) tiny photos, had NO TEXT at all !!!! Only small arrows to direct you (like a game of labyrinth) to the next horrible photo (why no numbers?????? 1.2.3.4....... there wasn't options.... Only one path....why this arrow + NO TEXT game????)And besides, only 6 points (each is one line)With obscure phase....And as I was washing my TIME on this mettal, and page with photos , I saw 2 other sellers, on Amazon too, with the exact product, HOWEVER, they on the FIRST IMAGE declared it's NOT the entire item, a card needs to be bought separately, so for the average person.... Only this gives you the hint it's an item NOT for general public/ average ppl, but for professional trained technician !!!!!Bad

It works, but the micro USB port is fragile. I dropped my first one (while the board was inside the metal case) while a cable was plugged in and the board stopped working. I bought a second one anyway because I didn't want to have to disconnect the antennas from the modem. Be sure to secure the case (there are screw holes, not pictured in the product listing) if you buy this.

I bought 4 of them at different times. Build quality is on the caveman side but is durable. Little disappointed because the first one I bought had a normal tip polarity and two years later the tips went reverse polarity so I have one that takes different antennas. My only real complaint is a blindingly bright blue LED. It would be nice if the stepped up to micro Sims and maybe USB C. Since I am using micro sims inserted loosely into full size sim blanks, I have a fear the sim will get stuck in the device, so far it hasn't happened.

Great radio enclosure. Used this in a LTE router build.

The box and board it comes with is great high quality solid metal box and the board seems good, the problems can arise with the antennas/connectors. if you want to just use the little external ones that are on the box you will have no problems. The real problem is that the external connectors are the reverse polarity type that's used more in WiFi based situations, This connector is not really the type used with 4G systems, since i will be using an external booster and antenna I will have to swap out the connections.

These do not work with Sierra EM7455. The RF connecters are different. Looking for different RF connectors. From sierra documentation:"Three connector jacks (I-PEX 20448-001R-081 or equivalent)"
