Didn't find the product good at all. With great difficulty tried to use one packet halfway. WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THE OTHER PACKET, WHICH IS LYING SEALED. Please help

Packing needs improvement
Taste is excellent, but majority of the rusk are broken and crushed on receipt. The packing is very basic ... needs more cushioning and improvement.
