It works well
I have found this shredder to be very reliable.

LACKS POWER! No joke… it’s weak
I am contacting rexel so this review may change. Simply put - cute shredder - but its shredding power is AWFUL! It’s less reliable when using auto mode but even on its own 4 sheets and this thing struggles - stops - spits a mess back out l - tries to go again… it’s just AWFUL. Other than that’s it’s cool. Would have been better with castor wheels which I’d. Doesn’t come with either in this size.

important - the thing comes with castors which I did not realise as they where in the waste bin with the power lead other than that apart from it being unable to deal with used 100 page duplicate receipt books without tearing them up and careful manual feeding as I had hoped it is a perfectly good office grade machine & the receipt book issue is by way of a one off issue I would recommend it others & should I need to replace it in the future look at the same brand

Expensive but worth it
A little more expensive than similar products on the market but given the performance and quality it is worth it

Be warned.
A very fussy eater. When it says 6 sheets, it means it. If you're shredding a pile of perfectly aligned a4 sheets, we'll its just fabulous. Anything of different sizes or with creases and you'll wish you'd never seen the thing. The pieces it produces are tiny, which is good, but getting it to make those pieces, thats a horse of a different burger. The bin is capacious, and it's quiet to use the thing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend one to someone I didn't like.

Proper shredder not Mickey mouse
Strong and robust, suitable for office environment, not small and weak like most on sale

Useless
Just about copes with one A4 80gsm sheet if you put it through manually. Any more than that 2 sheets or more jams - the auto pick up is equally useless and stops after one sheet. Had it one year and its never been great nut now totally useless. Would be quicker if I cut up the paper with scissors - I kid you not!
