I could not even try this product as intended because it arrived completely solidified into a hard clump (couldn't even remove the scoop). The seal appeared to be intact when opening it, which makes me wonder if the air or moisture was not properly flushed during manufacturing. No amount of shaking or breaking it up made it usable. This was especially disappointing because Sports Research has usually been very reliable in my experience. Their supplements are typically well made and consistent, so this felt like a clear quality control miss rather than a one off inconvenience. Given how unusable this container was straight out of the jar, it makes me question whether there is a broader issue with the current batch. At this point, it feels like Sports Research should seriously consider recalling this entire batch and addressing the issue before selling more units because this is just going to upset a lot more customers and tarnish their reputation. I've bought this powder for a few years and it works great! Curbs my cravings and puts me in ketosis. Even if I occasionally indulge in carbs or sugar. However, I was disappointed this time. The powder was hard as a rock when I opened it, like it had been exposed to moisture. I got a refund and will buy again because I really love it, but it's inconvenient. Hoping the new one is better.
