These are a great tasting picker upper. Ingredients are healthy. I take one as needed but 2 is okay as needed. They are an affordable way to get a little boost of energy. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Rise Up for a while now and love that they help me feel focused and energized with that jittery anxious feeling when I drink too much caffeine. Energy drinks are just too strong sometimes. I like that I can take Rise Up after lunch and they don’t keep me up at night. Maybe I’m going nuts haha, but I think the flavor has gotten better recently too! There used to be a slight bitter aftertaste (which I didn’t mind), but I don’t notice it anymore. Really yummy!

So far, haven't really noticed much of a difference with how I feel. Though I can tell you the caffeine does not make me jittery at all. I was also concerned about the taste after reading so many negative reviews on it, but the taste was fine to me. Tasted pretty much what I expected, and no issues with it at all.

These taste like a gummy candy with sugar grains and give a natural feeling of wakefulness and energy to my mornings. I stay away from caffeine in coffee or energy drinks because it reacts badly to my nervous system. As if I can't calm down and it would make my heart race like I've experienced something triggering a fight or flight response. I'm able to take these without those concerning roasted coffee bean caffeine side effects. I've learned that the green coffee bean extract has a different effect on me, similar to my favorite Starbucks refresher drink which I'd discovered also uses green coffee bean extract. Who knew how much unroasted coffee bean creates such a difference for someone like me? Hope this helps others who can't tolerate coffee but needs something for a pick me up.

These really work. They have a weird aftertaste but if you take them right after brushing your teeth you won’t taste it.

I do like the gentle boost in energy and use their sleep gummies regularly (which are great!). But the taste is not good. It has a very bitter aftertaste. Best to chew quickly and wash it down with something to drink. As far as the effects, I am very caffeine sensitive, and can’t even drink caffeinated coffee. This hits me in a more gentle way, but I do still feel it. I won’t take these daily but may keep on hand for days when I need a little energy boost.

They taste AWFUL!!!Imagine chewing up a multivitamin and letting it sit there! Would like to return but not eligible. Don’t know I’ll stomach taking these 🙁
