Organic Black Cohosh

Description

Black cohosh has been routinely used by Native Americans for more than two centuries and today, people across the world continue to use it for many of the same purposes. Black cohosh is part of the buttercup family and can be found in the eastern forests of North America. It rose to popularity in the 19th century when a prominent (although highly criticized) doctor by the name of John King championed its use for women's health. There are many promising studies pertaining to the use of black cohosh in the treatment of women's health conditions and more research continues to be done. Regardless, black cohosh continues to be a wildly popular herb among women, especially so among menopausal women.
