Wee Giggles Non-Toxic, Extra Thick Foam Floor Play Mat for Tummy Time and Crawling, 48" x 48" (Green)

We've had this for a few days and it works well for our baby. The foam is thick and sturdy, but soft to the touch. I like that it has the little foam walls to keep the baby and toys in the mat area. The walls also help keep our pets and their hair off the mat. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that it seems to be way overpriced for its size. Over fifty dollars for a pretty small play mat is way too expensive. If you want to make the mat bigger, you have to buy another one, so that's a hundred dollars! They offer a 10% discount if you buy two, but it's still really pricey. I would suggest that they lower the price or increase the size of the mat.

My husband ordered the mat because he thought it would contain our 6 month old who just recently started crawling. We also have hard floors, so we wanted something soft for him to play on. The mat is great for floor time, but not for keeping your little crawler from getting around. And that's okay! He loves the designs and it gives us piece of mind for if he falls over.

We bought this as a soft surface for our son and us to play on, as well as match his current theme. Not only were the colors perfect, but the ability to adjust the sides allowed us to make him a "play corner" with soft sides and corners! Very pleased with this!

Excellent playmat! The walled in option was great until my son learned to just commando crawl into them :/ then the mat couldn't contain him and he had to go into his pack n play. But its easy to clean and seems durable. I recommend buying two and putting them together as one is 4x4 so that your baby has enough space. I would highly recommend this mat.

This play mat is great, but it is pricey and doesn't cover much ground!We enjoyed the little walls that go up for a while to contain a sitting baby and her toys, and now have it laid flat as she crawls around. The size is just so small for the price.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase! It arrived on time, and the packaging/assembly was simple. My 6 month old is just learning to crawl/sit up and with all hardwood floors in our home we of course worry about him hitting his head. He is so entertained by the shapes on this mat and it gives us peace of mind for when he topples over. I do wish it was larger so that he has more room to play as he grows but we love it so much we will be purchasing another one to add to it!

The only complaint I have with this product is that the symbols (star, train, heart, etc.) are actually cut out of the mat pieces. That is super annoying when you are trying to quickly disassemble the mat for travel. It's very easy to lose one of those pieces in transit.
