I love this soft wax. Very soft and grabs all the baby hairs even the ones you can’t see. I currently use it to wax my own eyebrows and upper lip. Very gentle on the skin and doesn’t irritate at all.

I did not use this professionally, just at home and followed the instructions. The wax never dried in seconds like it says it does. I applied thin layers and the wax stayed soft the entire time. I have sensitive skin for armpits and bikini area and have never had this problem using the hard, strip free wax I usually buy. Using the strips for this wax was also part of the bad experience lol as you can see my armpits are not pretty, it didn't pull all the hair out either. The wax is extremely sticky as well, what a mess. Otherwise, the smell was wonderful and the wax is really smooth - this is likely a great product for others with less sensitivity to strips.
