Perfect for small projects

Great set, especially the money. Everything you need is there with lots of spares. Blades are sharp and well packaged. One con is the rachet knife is about as cheaply made a thing as I've ever seen, and basically useless, but I consider it a though-in as I bought this kit for the "exacto" type knives. I'm not even going to subtract a star for this cheap knife because if it hadn't been in the set, it would still have been a great value.

Ok. This is a nice little kit. Great for beginners or seasoned crafter's and great for on the go. However.. I did only give it 4 stars. I deducted 1 point. I mean honestly, it's not a deal breaker, but I know it said both sides of the cutting mat are useable. Perfect. It shows in pics what appears to be like grid lines on both sides... This is not the case. Front has grids but the back is just plain. Not a deal breaker but any means, but if you show images that appears to have both sides with grid lines, then please have both sides with grid lines. Of not then state that. Please. Why did I choose this kit? I was looking for a thin slide cutter. Call it the ASMR sound for videos, but as I was looking for blades for my many other slide cutters and blades for my many other exacto handles, this popped up and it had everything. The price was a deal breaker! I'm on a fixed income so to just get a pack of the thin slide cutter blades and the exacto replacement blades was going to be more than doubled what I paid for this little kit. I've day I will buy refill kits of each, but this covered all of what I needed with bonus items, the mat, the 2 exacto blade handles, the ruler, and the nice plastic safety blade holders, (which I was not expecting the blade holders, so double bonus). Of I could give this a 4.8, I would. Only because I was expecting the mat to have grid lines on both sides. Otherwise, this kit is definitely worth the 9 dollars if you're on a budget or just wanting a starter kit or travel kit. Great job guys. (Ps, I love that it came in pink btw!)

Práctico y muy funcional

I was only looking for assorted replacement blades and hit this jackpot. The blade assortment and all else is well thought out. It offers more than more expensive kits (who needs another plastic box) and brings flexibility for multiple hobbies such as small cuts for leather work, and building tiny room kits with really tiny flower pots, sewing machines and such. I was especially pleased with the many replacement blades for the snap off blade holder, which usually comes with just one blade, and the small cutting mat has includes angles, inches and centimeters.
