It is the 2nd one. 1st one was starting to wear out . It keeps herElbow in the right direction. I ordered in the morning got it same day.WOW.

Cheap
Used it for 4 days and it started to rip.was correct size and applied correctly. Doesn’t do anything for the problem as it is very cheaply made. Returned product.

My dog actually wants to wear this now!
The media could not be loaded. My poor sweet puppy (2 years old) has an injury I believe to be a torn tendon or ligament. I got this to hold her over until her surgery 2 months from now. At first she didn't really like it but now she sits up when I ask her if she wants her brace in the morning. See photo. I just ordered another in small size since all her muscles have atrophied at this point. I believe it's worth every penny and really hope this one ships as fast as the first!At first it just helped stopped the upward motion that made her cry out in pain and now it helps hold her limp, useless leg up like a sling. If you don't have a regular vet, please find one. If I didn't have one I'd never have been able to schedule a new dog surgery out of town for her. Appreciate your good veterinarians please!

Heed the Reviews
Was cozy and effective, but like many others, ripped at the seam within six days of wearing for a few hours a day. Pay twice as much and get one that is really high quality and non-disposable.

Disappointed! Torn after 4 days of use.
I’m giving a two star for this NeoAlly dog brace because it did not last a week without tearing in the same area all the other poor reviews gave. I ordered it because one of the reviews stated the company replaced theirs with the New version. So I was expecting to receive the New and improved version! My dog is not able to run nor be active due to her injury; this brace should have lasted. It is falling apart and I am very sorry I bought it.

Works well!
It helped our boxer. The one thing to keep in mind is watch for rubbing sores.

In hind sight, this would be much better if it had a thin piece of metal to give better support.
