I wasn’t sure about the quality of materials that was going to come on this heat shield for this price but they are excellent. It works really well and has made riding for my wife on her softail much much more comfortable. Not sure why in selecting rating criteria of this Amazon picked Adhesion? Nothing stick on them? Install was as easy as removing the seat and centering them evenly over the engine and putting the seat back on. If your inner thighs are getting cooked on hot days in slow traffic these will save you. They should come with every harley. Do t be afraid to buy, they work great.

I usually don't write reviews but this product definitely saved my thigh. I have a '15 fat boy. The first day I took it out on a long ride, I literally burnt my inner thigh. Not kidding, it was red for a couple days! I put this on it yesterday, rode 310 miles with ease! No burning!

Good product but I can't use it. It prevents my seat from locking securely, making it dangerous to ride. No matter how I adjust it, the seat just won't lock in place. I'll have to send it back, unfortunately.

I don't burn my leg anymore on my oil reserve. But I look like I am trying to take off like a bat. They flap in the wind. No place to tie the bottom down to keep that from happening.
