I love the way this smells, and it leaves my cashmere sweaters feeling so soft. It’s very gentle and cleans well, without producing an excess of suds. Only needs one rinse, great for making sure your cashmere doesn’t pill or stretch from too much agitation. Will absolutely purchase again!

I like the fact that it works just fine and mine was a thick green subtance, i just got a cotton bud and slowly slowly , my never been worn llamma cashmere was like new. Thanks.

I don't love the scent left on wool by this detergent, which is apparently a mixture of cinnamon, myrrh and cedar wood. I can put up with it for its moth repellent properties (cedar wood helps to persuade moths not to come near, along with additional methods), but it isn't a scent that I find pleasing to my nose; perhaps I was a moth in a previous life.You don't need to use a lot to clean your cashmere and wool garments, although the bottle will provide less than 20 washes if you have hard water or heavily soiled items - requiring 4 capfuls or 40ml per wash if you use a machine. If your water is soft and soiling is light, you can use just 2 capfuls or 20ml and get 15 washes from this bottle. So, it is only if you hand wash and use the median suggested dose of 15ml (10-20ml is suggested per hand wash) that you will achieve 20 washes from this bottle. You may only get 7.5 washes if you have hard water or heavy soiling.Whilst the number of washes is probably within the letter of guidelines on the subject, it feels a little misleading to be told you will get (admittedly 'up to') 20 washes from the bottle, but that isn't achievable if you use a machine to wash. But try to use the smallest quantity and see how you go as it does achieve good cleaning with minimal effort. I expected the bottle to go further than the dosing instructions clarify will be the case, but will probably use this again, at least whilst I have an active moth issue to address in my old rented house.

Overall it’s quite good. The smell is okay. But not a foamy one

I just washed my newly knitted mohair sweater, according to the bottle’s instructions, and after rinsing multiple times I have noticed brown spots all over my wool!! It’s hard to see in the pictures but it’s so obvious in person. I am really upset and don't know how this is even fixable, I keep rinsing but nothing improves. Very disappointed.
