A quality tool for the casual machinist.
The calipers arrived well before the expected delivery window and were as advertised. I would have preferred to have a screw adjustment for more precise control, rather than pressure adjustment. but the picture was accurate so I have only myself to blame.. The adjustment is held with adequate tension by the screw mechanism and the material appears to be polished steel, suitable for the intended purpose.
