Arrived quickly. Instructions for assembly were clear and in good English and we put it together quickly. Don't forget to put the spring on the pole before you set the form on top. Heavy duty and seems good quality. The measurements for the size I ordered were correct. I ordered the size that I normally use in Vogue patterns. I really like having a dress form-- I've always wanted one. Packing was reasonable, a very sturdy box and some bubble wrap. I don't understand they say "collapsible shoulders" because this seems immoveable to me, but it doesn't matter.
