I take two capsules first thing in the morning. I have tried many, but within 30 minutes I can feel my digestive system relax and a small boost of energy. I started using these based on an GYN suggestion due to the high potency of the strains it covers. No weird side effects either!

So far it is great. Before I got this, I was taking another brand that was supposed to have " clean " ingredients. That turned out to be an important lesson for me to do research first. This brand, Ora does have completely clean and safe ingredients. So far it's great. No problems at all.

GOOD ONES

I’ve been using Ora products for about a year now and I’ve loved them all so I knew when I bought this I would also like it. I very recently developed a problem that simply wouldn’t go away, no matter the prescription medicine or at home remedy. I had been taking a gut probiotic from Ora but when I read that one specifically for women could help and saw that Ora made one, I decided to give it a try. After taking it for a month I definitely felt better, although the problem did not go away completely. A combination of this probiotic and a natural anti-fungal is doing wonders now. If you’re on the fence I suggest trying a bottle like I did. I then did the subscription on their website. I will say I find the capsules a little difficult to swallow. At least personally they kind of stay in the throat and require a bit more water but they wouldn’t be the first pills like this and it’s not a dealbreaker for me. All in all, Ora is an excellent company and one which I trust with my health, and this product is an excellent product.

I have nothing positive or negative to say about them. I used it for a month and noticed no difference. I however do suggest you try them if you want as all bodies are different. Maybe they’ll work for you
