Junk
Won’t take a charge anymore and had it for less than a few months. Total waste of money and POS. I had it less than two months and it’s not working at all anymore. Unfortunately I missed the return window..Edit: Seller reached out and rectified the issue. when the vacuum worked, it worked well. Perhaps we just had a faulty one.

Doesn't seem to do much
I'll preface this by saying I have only had this for a couple of days and I may be missing something. But honestly, I'm frustrated as it doesn't seem to work at all. I've used this now in a couple of different locations, both on dusty hardwood floors. The machine moves around as advertised but doesn't seem to pick up anything. Both floors look just the same as they did before. After the first use of about 20 minutes I opened the dust tray and it was as clean as it was coming out of the box. After the second use, it was at least a little dirty. Now the machine only runs for about a minute before it stops and signals a motor fan problem and a need to clean the dust tray, even though there's hardly anything in there. Like I said, maybe I'm missing something but as of now I can only consider the machine to be completely unusable and a waste of money.

Worth the money
It's nice not to have to vacuum. It picks up pretty well but gets stuck under my rocking chair and a stool. I can move the stool, but haven't figured out what to do with the rocking chair yet. You have to be sure all cords are out of reach. The pattern it vacuums is random, so I'm not sure all the floor is actually vacuumed. It came with two brushes, but there is only a place for one on the bottom of the unit. That brush has fallen off several times, and when that happens, it doesn't vacuum as well. I have a four-inch step down into the den. So far, the vacuum has not fallen off the step, seems to sense not to go farther. This is the only robot vacuum I've owned (or know about) so don't know if others are better or worse. I've only had it a short while, so don't know if it will continue to do well.

For the price, you can’t find a cuter, more reliable robo-pal!
The media could not be loaded. The FAMREE robot vacuum is truly just what our apartment needed. We live in Manhattan and a have a large ‘railroad style’ apartment, and it cleans our hardwood floors perfectly. We automated it through the app to clean from 6:30-7:30 am every morning, and like a charm, I always find the bin inside full of dust and particles. The suction power is decent, and for the price works very well. This machine definitely won’t replace a full-sized vacuum cleaner, but it certainly maintains the cleanliness of a space excellently, especially for such an affordable price. It has the power to clean up hair, dust, dirt, sawdust, and even grains of rice that fell beneath our kitchen table.Battery life is excellent, and the lil’ guy can clean for upwards of two hours before he hunts for his dock! The remote control is very responsive and works well. You can use the arrows on it to manually control the robot and send it any which way. I’ve definitely used it for a few practical jokes on my roommates! All-in-all, the FAMREE robot vacuum is an excellent value, and has been quite a charming addition to our home

Didn't live up to my expectations
This is a good little vacuum that is easy to use and clean. It's quiet and unobtrusive. Here are the things that disappoint me:- it won't pick up dirt and debris from cracks/seams-it never finds its charging dock-it will clean in circles in the same area without moving into all open area-it seems to be drawn to areas where it will get stuck, over and over in the same cleaning session-it can't pick up larger pieces of dirt/gravel, or debris that it just a little heavier

How it works, which is great!
This little robot does a great job on my tile floors and goes onto my throw rugs, kitchen mat & fits under most of my furniture. It has very good suction. I never thought I'd use it so much. It does have a hard time with larger items like a oatmeal flake & a piece of popcorn. It just pushes them out of the way. I love it! Saves my back on all the sweeping and vacuuming. I still sweep up a few bits here and there but there isn't much. I do pull my lamp cords up so it won't accidently pull the lamp off the table. It's fairly strong. One time it pushed my foot stool into the next room. I've had it for over 2 months and there have been no problems. For the price, it's a great deal. It won't work on the wall to wall carpet though. But great for hard floors and my 9 x 12 throw carpets.

Stopped charging after 4 months
This vacuum has been such a wonderful device. I even gave him a name. He was a wonderful addition to our family even though I never figured out how to connect him to the wifi and Alexa devices. The first brush was pretty much destroyed after 2 months, but I came with a replacement, but I was getting nervous because I don’t know where to find a replacement for the replacement when that one is used up. I didn’t need to worry about that after all because he completely stopped working and refused to charge after the 4th month. Now he sits on the charger and whenever someone bumps into him, he tries to charge and then his light turns red and he lets out a few sharp angry beeps of frustration and then goes black again.I have cleaned him and made sure all the pieces can move. I’ve looked in the manual and searched online. I guess this is the end for him.I guess it ended up costing me between $25-35/month of service when I divide the price I paid by the months of use I got out of it. I’m not sure that’s a win. 😒

Very simple robotic sweeper!
I bought this robot vacuum cleaner at a discount. My children were taking online lessons at home, and I had to clean the room all the time. It was a good decision to buy this robot cleaner, which can automatically charge after cleaning. This can connected with the mobile APP,and there is a remote control for debugging. The trash can inside is not very big, so it needs to clean the dust and hair in time. Suction power is also relatively good. Compared with very expensive machine sweeper, I recommend this robot sweeper which is relatively cheap in price. After all, it is necessary to clean the table and shelves by yourself. It is just an auxiliary machine and does not need to spend a lot of money.
