Great effortless sanding
Was a little sceptical about a sandpaper block but it works easier than I thought. The sponge is dense enough to keep its shape and helps get around curved areas easily.

Works well as heel sander and/or nails.
I used to spend $$$ on heel sanders and nail files, but always had to buy more, more, more. These work well and I especially like the rougher block for my heels. Easy to hold and cheaper than buying a new sanding wheel every 3 months.
