I first encountered this product on a Brazilian salad and was hooked so I ordered through Amazon. I got them quickly and started using it on soups, veggies, baked goods, egg salad, casserole. So glad it was two bottles and that I didn’t share because I ordered more two months later, enough to share and everyone loves these tasty nuggets.

Where has this been all my life?
I bought this 2 pack on a whim and it's got a special spot in my spice cabinet. This garlic is so good I have trouble keeping it for cooking! I've also been known to eat it by the spoonful!!!

GREAT PRODUCT!
I use this all the time, and love it. Much better than garlic powder.The texture is perfectly crispy - no chew whatsoever.Flavor is like roasted garlic - not overpowering.You WILL end up with garlic breath, though...I use it liberally in ramen, and sprinkle it on a schmeared bagel. Let's fact it - a garlic bagel is covered with soggy garlic that ends up sticking to your fingers. This is nice and crispy every bite.It is expensive, but it is worth it.
