I got a good sleep with these, make sure to massage the patch onto a clean bit of skin for about 30 seconds and it will stick good.

Much better than a giant tablet!
These patches are great for avoiding the horrible iron taste in the multivitamin tablets I was taking before. They stick on well and come off without any discomfort. Would definitely recommend.

Not for me
I tried these patches because I find it difficult to take supplements by mouth as they cause various issues. Unfortunately, the same issues happened when using the patches. No doubt they will be OK for other people, they just didn't suit me.
