I haven't used this a lot. I used it on the inner corner of a plastic chute I was building, and I couldn't make the bead small enough to make the corner seem square. This may be a user error, but I was happy with how it worked on outer corners. I do wish they sold smaller plastic rods. I'm not at all an expert, but if I were using this all day every day, I'd be a little disappointed with the ergonomics. It isn't built to fit your hand well. For my occasional use, it's fine, and I'll learn to use it better. But it definitely takes practice, and will change the shape of what you're welding if you aren't very good at using it. Dinging it a star just because of the difficulty of learning to use it and the poor ergonomics. Can't say a damn thing about how long it might last, since I haven't used it that much.

Oh, I can't imagine how difficult it is to use another welding gun I bought before. It's very easy to use after receiving this new welding gun. I can quickly understand its use. I mainly use it to weld PVC and PP plates. It's very smooth, the temperature can be adjusted freely, and the sound is not loud at work. Generally speaking, it's very perfect. It's worthy of a 5 stars praise!
