I ordered a small and its still hilariously oversized, (except for the genital area which is hilariously undersized). I dont know what measurements they think qualifies as "small" but it's obvious how little the retailer cares. Go online to actual men's feminine clothes stores, the stuff on AMZN is wish/temu quality.

Looks great when altered. Might be my proportions but the bulge part feels too small while the g-string part is too long which doesn’t allow my stuff to rest comfortably in the front. But attaching a few inches of the g-string to the waist band fixes the issue.
