if you pull at a wrong spot on the lash cluster they do fall apart and you won’t be able to use that cluster but no big deal because there’s so many in the pack.

I am a faithful customer, I buy these often. I love these eyelashes I use them constantly. Photos are 20D 19mm & 20D 18mm mixed.

A little too long for my liking but great quality product. Going to get something a little shorter next time.

I don’t really write reviews but this feels important to say. I really do love these lashes - in 20D. I would give them 4 or 5 stars if the issues below weren’t so damning.The quality is great and I’ve been using them for a few months now, I’ve placed multiple orders of the exact same ones (13-16mm 20D). However, it seems like something is wrong with their distribution or production because multiple times now I have received 10D lashes in 20D packaging. I haven’t had both at the same time yet, so I couldn’t be sure until now. I purposefully ordered sooner than usual this time so I could compare if needed and it was in fact needed. The picture shows my most recent order on the bottom and my previous order on top. While you can tell the difference in the packaging and it’s upsetting, the difference is extremely apparent on the eye and looks really bad when the other lengths are in 20D. What makes this mind boggling is that the other two lengths I buy very rarely have this issue, I’ve only received the 13mm in 10D (with 20D packaging) once and have never had the issue with 14mm. I’m really upset that I can no longer buy these. It’s a waste of money at this point; I can’t use the 10D, and returning for a replacement seems pointless when the issue lies in the fact that they’re labeled incorrectly - it would take multiple tries and a lot of time/effort to be sent the genuine 20D. The consistency isn’t great. One set comes full and the next is a little more sparse. And it’s key to be gentle when pulling from tray because they do tend to rip. But they’re beautiful on and super comfy!

I literally love these. A cheaper option to lash extensions, for sure. Mine can last up to a week if i take proper care. My only downside is the adhesive strip that holds them in the packaging is to strong, when you pull them off they will rip and separate very easily if you aren’t careful.
