The only thing that works on my shoulder pain.
The only reason I gave value for money low stars is that these are ridiculously expensive for what they are at £4 each. There can be no excuse for what they must cost to produce so one pays for the name. Unfortunately they are also the only thing I can wear to give 90% relief from the really bad pain in my shoulder as other patches that I can use irritate my somewhat sensitive skin to the point of actually leaving raised red marks. So having to use these expensive patches is no longer a choice but a must, which I find really silly for if the manufacturers priced them at a proper, lower price, I know loads of friends who would buy them, thus they would sell more!

They work for me
I suffer from lower back hyper lordosis. Its affected my mobility to a great extent. Cant walk far without having to stop and sit down because the two lowest discs in my back are basically grating against each other. I have spend a fortune on all sorts of painkillers and all sorts of other stuff nothing worked. I tried these and voila the relief is unimaginable. Its not a cure but I need these now to improve my mobility in order to exercise once again and walk further distances. The plasters are quite large so ideal for larger localised areas. Stick well. They are a bit tricky to apply to somewhere like the back. You peel off the middle section (a) apply to the area and then peel of the sections on either side (b) and (c). They are never straight and end up with an uneven surface (if applying on your own). They get me through my 14 hour shifts. I am really happy with the product.

Expensive, not effective, peeling off
Not as effective as expected....peeling off under clothing, so foes not last long on the skin even applied on clean and dry skin.... I have found better chinese pain plasters

Absolute Waste of Money
I keep giving these patches a try but they are next to useless. I don't know if the pain killer part of the patch works because the patch ALWAYS rolls off. I was going to tape it on but it says on the details not to put anything on top of the patch so I couldn't even make them work that way. The manufacturers seriously need to think of a better way of providing a patch, maybe use the same fabric as volterol patches, as least they stay put.

Work somewhat.
These patches are quite good. The effectiveness of them very much depends on the type of pain you’re experiencing and how severe it is, so it will change from person to person. They’re definitely worth trying out though. I use them for a damaged nerve and they minimise the pain - they work best alongside my prescription medications. I have noticed that sometimes they stick for a while, and other times they don’t. This is despite the same application technique being used each time which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The patch may give 24 hours of pain relief if you’re able to keep it on. However, none of them have ever lasted more than 8 hours and for the price I would expect there to either be more in the box to allow for this, or a better adhesive product to be used.
