my daughter loves this bag but unfortunately the material has come away from seam of the zip and she is now unable to do the zip herself because it keeps catching, for the price of this product I was expecting better quality.

For the cost of this backpack we were expecting something decent, however the quality was poor with thin material, loose threads all over it and worth about £5.00 if it wasn't a branded item.If it wasn't for the fact that my granddaughter had asked for i would have returned it.
