Really super system which works really well to offer you peace if mind. Good tone or tune selection and can be set quite loudly if needed. Was pleased that all transmitters had good little batteries that should last well, there was also a spare one, although not your typical aaa or aa type they are easy to obtain search for 23A, 23AE, A23, V23GA, MN21 or LRV08 12v Alkaline type. Very compact mains plug wall units and discrete, settings remain after being turned off. Setting up advice: press the sound you want, when it stops playing press and hold the volume button for five seconds (about the length of the tune) but DON'T release the button until you have pressed the fob call button, release the volume button as soon as the tune plays. When it stops playing check the call button is paired with the tune you want. Repeat to set other call buttons to the same tune if you wish by only pressing the volume button like you did the first time and repeat as needed. Each fob can be set to a separate tune if you want. You repeat the setup with any other mains units with each call button. Sounds complicated but it isn't, and you only have to do this initially. I fully reccomend this product. It has better range through a an older building than some that use the little coin type cells that are lower power. Note: the oblong wall call button is not a press button but detects your hand or finger hovering over it. You cannot use it in a pocket like the circular ones. Lastly it came in basic environmental friendly packaging.

It was easy to set up including 2 extra call points which needing pairing up to the system. Their are a variety of sounds so you can set the one that stands out from the other sounds in the house. Does exactly what I hoped it would do. If you have someone unwell in the house and want to have a system to get your attention with multiple call units around your house this does the job.

The set-up as a care alarm was simple and quick with no glitches. My only criticism is that the ringer volume could be higher (as I have poor hearing without hearing aids) and the reason for purchase is as a night-time call alarm. I solved the problem by picking two high pitch tones and placing two ringers in a double socket outlet beside my bed - certainly wakes me now when needed. It is a good and well made product and economically priced.

This device has been a godsend for my elderly Mother-in-law. She lives in the property next to ours so has her independence but can call us in seconds if she needs help. It rings in our home clearly and gives her peace of mind. We always hear her now as before she'd ring us which was a problem when our telephone is being used. The units themselves are neat and just plug into a wall socket - the fun is deciding which piece of music to use. The call button is light to wear and the door bell unit can also be used as a pager if needed. A fantastic device which I cannot imagine living without now. Highly recommended.

It worked OK for a while but now get at least two, sometimes more false alarms each day. We have confirmed multiple times that no button has been pressed. Suspects include cars in the street or mobile phones or similar. False alarms almost always cooincide with school start finish times when there is increased activity in the street. There seems no way to avoid these false alarms, initially they are fine but can become very annoying having to rush to check the person when there is nothing wrong.

Such a great idea & so simple to set up, literally just plug & play. With 3 plug in receivers that chime when the alarm buttons are pressed, they can be located around the home so that the alarm can be heard from all over. I have even plugged one into my garden socket when working outside. I especially like the “wall” mountable button as it is touch sensitive, so you don't need much strength to press this to set the chimes off. The portable call buttons are great for the pocket, but personally I would not use them as a neck pendant due to their size. Well worth the cost & ideal for what I need them for.

We bought this some years ago as an emergency tool following a double-hip replacement. It works! Brilliant! Easy to set up and then alarm is LOUD. Recommended, but the sirens have to be plugged into the mains and cannot be carried out side.

Really good for indoor safety. I have them in both bathrooms and the rest dotted around so we are covered if one of us needs help in an emergency. I high recommend.

Alarmes que funcionam na perfeição. Tem dois botões com fita para pendurar ao pescoço ou na cama e um terceiro para colar na parede ou poisar ou trazer no bolso. As campainhas funcionam todas assim que se carrega em algum dos botões. Tem vários tipos de toque à escolha. Recomendo.
