I thought it would last longer on lips ..

It doesn't to stay on my lips as I had hoped.it is a nice color but I wouldn't buy again. It definitely is not stain.

I agree with the positive review posted here so no need to repeat them. I purchased the red and this lipstick has a vibrant color and is pretty long lasting. It certainly did the job.Update: I'm on my second one and it lasts well. It is a staple.

I really like this lip stain, it doesn't stay on quite as long as others I have tried, but the color is much darker so I am very happy with the overall results. It's a very nice, rich red color that works well if you're going for a pin-up or Rockabilly look, which is what I bought it for. (it matches my OPI "Big Apple Red" nail polish perfectly!) I have to reapply it a couple of times during the day if I want it to be the nice, dark color I'm going for, but it does last for a long time, and I will definitely be purchasing this one again.

Much darker than I expected! I returned it.

Sadly the lipstick left a plastic taste on my lips and made them very dry, to the point that my lips began to peel off. I really had high hopes for this product :(

I actually purchased this for my halloween make up, but the product itself (for its intended use anyway) is actually quite a wonderful surprise. I applied it lightly on my lips and it maintained its color and did not dry out my lips. Although the bright red is a bit too bold for me, I might have to try other colors. Bonus points for non-toxicity & cruelty-free.

It takes two layers to be really red on me and it will fade, but it looks great on. Easy to apply, smooth feel. No stickiness or drying like glosses or matte lipsticks.
