This backpack is much better quality than I anticipated. I have one “complaint”, but other than that, it’s great.My only con would be the straps fall out. Easy fix; just tie the ends of them. And I would also take a lighter to the ends of them as they do fray after a month or so.

I purchased this item for a school aged team member that’s going back to school. The TM is a true fan; so I thought it might be a great gesture. The TM was simply impressed and stated that it’s the best backpack that features gadgets that will allow her to connect her personal devices for school. Thank you!

My daughter has used this backpack for the last three months and loves it. There is slight wearing of the BTS graphic on the front but, otherwise, it’s sturdy and holds pound and pound of books.

This is the perfect bag for me I am in 7th grade and I have so much space for all my things but the front of the book bag the logo it peels of out of no where I recommend that u be very careful with the book bag but other than that the book bag it great
