Bought this along with a matching kettle for our new kitchen and they look great. Removable crumb tray is a bonus, but not all of the crumbs are caught by it and several remain in the toaster shell. Unfortunately, after 8 months of daily use it has now failed - disappointing! Due to Amazon's position of warrant (they will only help for the first 30 days!) - I now have to go directly to Tower to try and get a resolution to this. Currently in limbo land.
