No BS book on losing fat
This book has some bad words in there but Brandon Carter gives a no BS book on how to lose fat...I love how he gets straight to the point. I've used his advice and I already lost over 10 pounds. I'm feeling much better and I don't get as tired as easily. Not to mention my sleep is a lot better at night. The main point he makes is that you need to PLAN and MEASURE in order to succeed. You can't just do random actions and expect to see results. When you have a goal and you have a plan you will succeed. He talks about logging everything you eat, how many hours you sleep, how much water you drink, every rep of every set, and etc. He mentions Carb Cycling as well as Intermittent fasting as well. I would recommend just using those methods if you want a rapid fat loss. If you're just trying to change your lifestyle then I would just recommend a healthy, balanced diet and let the weight come off naturally.

Great book for Weight Loss and to understand the truths behind carbs and fats without having to research yourself.
Brandon Carter is a Beast, smart and great at explaining the fat loss techniques that are needed with todays eating habits. I drink, i eat too much carbs, my fats were always up high, and i barely ate protein. I learned about Brandon Carter on Youtube, but then downloaded this book and upon reading the first few chapters i was already turning into a cutting master. I use this book frequently to measure my personal health knowledge and to monitor my results. I also consult this book to make sure im not doing something wrong. I have actually lost 10 more lbs using techniques in this book, i've already lost 40 lbs altogether, but i believe the information provided here is more then enough to create a meal plan, a diet plan, workout plan, and sustain it for a lifetime. Instead of crash dieting and constantly starting over from a plateaued state of mind i can consistently lose weight over a period of a year and see major results. Thanks a lot BBC he took all the hard work out of infinite research and analysis paralysis because he refers a lot of the sources from which he quotes his finding in this book. Also when you read too much you become confused with all the information and your unable to know whats true and false. Read this book and you will lose weight.

You will LOSE weight FAST if you read this book!
Amazing book on weight loss and fitness! Thing I love about Brandon is that he makes fitness so simple! I have lost 45 lbs in just 4 months only using the tactics laid out in this book! Talks all about Intermittent Fasting, Not counting calories, Cheat days, ice baths, carb cycling, insulin, boosting testosterone, sleep, motivation etc. The book is easy to read I finished it in 30 min, but it is a book that you should always go back to and review the principles for fat loss. A lot of the information is also in his videos on his youtube channel, but it's all in one place in this book and straight to the point that you can implement them as soon as your done reading! BEST BOOK on losing weight, and trust me you will lose weight FAST using the principles and tactics in this book!

So I posted the below comments on this book, and was given a warning about inappropriate posts on Amazon, and warned that if I commit future violations I would be banned:"Brandon keeps it simple, the concepts are easy, it just takes commitment. Best book on this subject! I highly recommend this for a common-sense approach that bears fruit."I wish they could point out what is so bad about it. That was my entire post. What gives?

Nice product from Brandon Carter
First of all I need to say that im a fan of Brandon Carter, the guy has posted some nice videos on youtube to help others get their muscle right and specially the ABS part.This book contents everything you need about a proper diet to start "cutting" off the fatness, but remember...This book its mostly for people who already started working out, isnt to lose 100kgs or 200kgs.The book is full of quality information, but need to do a reorganization of the contents. Why i said this because I was thinkin to see inside the book divide in 2 parts: Diet and Workout plans, but everything was mixed, it will be a little difficult for the newbie reader.Anyways the book is great and contents helps a lot. 4 out 5 only because need a reorganization.

Just Plain Excellent
This is the best book I've read so far about explaining fat loss and muscle building. Carter explains how the reader can do either, or both of them at alternate times. The man knows his stuff.

Great book for starters and for pros
This book is great for starters and pros who can benefit from all the tips and tricks mentioned here. I've starter reading and practicing the different ways to eat and exercise. Also explains the ways you it in time and what to eat. How much you need to exercise and how to do it. I stared exercising and loosing wait before I read this book. However, so far I'm loosing more weight by going with what is mentioned here. I will definitely get the other books by this author.

Great book
This book is quite an interesting read for people that want to lose fat as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. It is quite similar to my other favorite exercise book by Michael Matthews, but this takes it in a much simpler way, and you don't exactly have to be taking a biology class to understand it. This book explains the importance of each thing you need to do in order to burn fat, and it gives tips on how to do it faster and easier. The method described is actually not that complicated, the explanation on why it is important might be a bit complicated, but it is worth it. It doesn't matter how much time you have on your hands, if you want to lose fat and look better, get this book.

Darn - it's really good!
Pleasantly surprised:Not sure what I expected from this inexpensive purchase but was definitely pleasantly surprised!Tone of Writing vs. Value of Content:Tone of writing is base, but information within was precise, applicable and ... definitely worth in value far more than I paid!Whilst I had some knowledge of some of the content - sufficient to be assured the author genuinely knows his stuff - I was also delighted to learn quite a lot too.I've applied aspects of his advice and am already seeing results.Buy it:I'm loathe to gush but if you're frustrated in your training or 'getting ripped' endeavors, I'd definitely buy this book!

Great
Great book, you would be silly not to get this for such a cheap price, to reduce the size some links are included to you tube. The information is good, as a bodybuilder it makes sense, for example drink cold water, train in the cold to use more fat, intermittent fast, supplements to take, increasing testosterone levels, eating junk food to assist on staying on the diet (cheat days) but keeping the body guessing, duration of sleep affecting muscle and fat levels, HIT, managing your insulin levels to increase fat loss. For 77p learnt a few tricks here that will be part and parcel of my training and dieting regime.

Bro science. There’s much better info out there. If you want to get ripped, educate yourself on insulin control. Learn food macros, then stop reading and lift some iron. Nash Jocic books on this subject is all you need. And committing yourself to change.

I like this guy, and the book is good, not all the tips are practical but i recommed hes books as you will learn something for a cheap price

Sound advice
Great starter book for someone that is new to the gym , training , vitamins and supplements . This will give anyone the building blocks that are required for a healthy lifestyle , how to keep fit and how to stay fit .
