I was replacing a similar item and have never done this before. It was self explanatory and easy to do. It looks nice and the spray is great.

Well made. Feels solid in your hand. I really like the looks of this product and for the price it can't be beat. After 2 years of use the hose inside the stainless steel sheathing began leaking. I sent an email to their customer support requesting a replacement hose and they promptly sent me one, without any hassle. Very pleased with the product and the support.

Works as it should and the hose is long whicj is very nice for rinsing the shower down after cleaning

Bought this to replace a wand for my bath tub. Recently had the fixtures upgraded by a contractor during a bath/shower remodel but the wand that came with the fixture kit was a cheap plastic design(plastic body, plastic fittings, etc.). Bought this one based on the design, brass fittings, and customer reviews. Wasn't disappointed with my purchase. Wand is nice and heavy in hand and feels well made. It also offers excellent water pressure. Seller through in a roll of plumbers tape which made the install easy, no leaks. Would def recommend.

It is not uncommon to replace the provided nipple stub out with a longer piece due to field conditions. However, the design of this unit uses a specialized reducing threaded nipple that goes from 1/2 to maybe 3/8, with an o-ring on the smaller end. This design makes it impossible to substitute out a replacement nipple to properly seat the fixture in remodeling conditions. That being said, the item is solidly constructed and very nice to look at as my new paperweight.

Great product, installed a rain head thought this would complement it did.
